Refund and Return Policy

At Falors, we are committed to providing a high-quality shopping experience.
We only accept returns if the item received is defective or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or other personal reasons. 

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

✔ Be defective or incorrect
✔ Be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached
✔ Be returned in its original packaging
✔ Include the receipt or proof of purchase

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, we will provide a free return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your item.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged.

Return Method: By mail only.

Damaged or Wrong Items

We take quality seriously. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Your item is damaged or defective, or

You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

Sale items or gift cards

Personalized or custom-made products

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to contact us before placing your return request.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. 


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
