1. Shipping Destinations
To ensure the highest service quality, we currently ship exclusively to the following region:
Australia Only
We deliver to all states and territories across Australia (VIC, NSW, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, NT).
Unsupported Locations:
We currently do not ship to New Zealand, the USA, Europe, Asia, or P.O. Box / APO / FPO addresses.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer Free Express Shipping on orders over $700 AUD.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping Origin:
Please note that all orders are dispatched directly from our distribution center in Italy. This allows us to ensure product authenticity and quality.
- Handling Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (for processing and packing)
- Transit Time: 4 - 7 Business Days (via DHL Express / UPS)
- Total Estimated Delivery: 5 - 10 Business Days
*Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch.
4. Duties & Taxes (DDP)
We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for all Australian orders.
- Inclusive Pricing: All applicable import duties, taxes, and GST are calculated and included in the final price you pay at checkout.
- No Surprise Fees: You will not be asked to pay any additional fees to the courier or customs upon delivery.
5. Tracking & Delivery
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update the status.
Secure Delivery:
We recommend providing a secure delivery address (such as a business or home where someone is present) to ensure safe receipt of your luxury items.
