We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact our team at sales@falors.com.


🚚 Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

📍 United States & Canada: 5-10 business days
📍 Most Other Regions: 2-5 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, high demand, or carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers  
We primarily ship via DHL Express, FedEx, UPS depending on your location. All shipments are tracked and insured.


💳 Order Processing

Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
However, some items may require a longer processing time due to supplier handling, warehouse transfer, or stock availability.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.


📦 Shipping Fees & Costs

• We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over €500.
• For most European countries, a €15 shipping fee applies to orders below €500.
• For non-European destinations, a €25 flat fee applies to orders under €500.

Additional customs duties and taxes may apply for certain destinations (see Duties & Taxes section).


📌 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment. If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at sales@falors.com


📜 Duties & Taxes

United States – Duties are included in the purchase price.
European Union – VAT is included in the purchase price.
Australia – GST is included in the purchase price.
Worldwide – Taxes and duties are also included in the purchase price.

You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
For region-specific details, please refer to your local customs authority.


❓ Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at sales@falors.com, and we will assist you.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before checkout.
