At Falors, we are committed to providing a transparent and premium shopping experience. We partner with top-tier international couriers (DHL & UPS) to deliver a curated selection of European luxury directly to your doorstep in Australia.


1. Shipping Destinations

To ensure the highest service quality, we currently ship exclusively to the following region:

Australia Only

We deliver to all states and territories across Australia (VIC, NSW, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, NT).

Unsupported Locations:
We currently do not ship to New Zealand, the USA, Europe, Asia, or P.O. Box / APO / FPO addresses.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping within Australia is charged as follows:

Australia AUD 800.00 and above Free

3. Shipping Cut-off Time

Our daily shipping cut-off time is 4:00 PM AEST on business days. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping Origin:
Please note that all orders are dispatched directly from our distribution centre in Italy. This allows us to ensure product authenticity and quality.

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (processing and packing)
  • Transit Time: 4–7 business days (via DHL or UPS)
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days

*Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch.


5. Duties & Taxes (DDP)

All Australian orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

  • Inclusive Pricing: All applicable import duties, taxes, and GST are included in the final price displayed at checkout.
  • No Additional Fees: You will not be required to pay any extra charges upon delivery.

6. Tracking & Delivery

Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to update.

Secure Delivery:
We recommend providing a secure delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel.
