Refund Policy

At Falors, refunds are processed only after a return has been approved, received, and inspected. This policy explains how refunds are calculated, issued, and timed.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only for items that:

Have an approved return request
Are received within the approved return timeframe
Pass our quality inspection at the Italian distribution center

Items that do not meet our return conditions are not eligible for a refund and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

2. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Refunds apply to the value of the returned item(s) only
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Import duties and taxes are non-refundable, except where required by law

3. Refund Amount

The refund amount is calculated as follows:

[Item Price] − [Return Shipping Fee]

A flat return shipping fee of approximately $89.00 AUD will be deducted from the refund
The return fee is fixed at €55.00 EUR

As our system operates in Euros, the final AUD amount may vary slightly due to currency exchange rates at the time the refund is processed.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 10 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied:

Falors will cover all return shipping costs
A full refund will be issued, including original shipping fees

These rights are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

The benefits provided under this Refund Policy are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
